12 weeks to make a lasting change and to gain peace. Imagine 45 years of not being happy with my weight… yoyo dieting resigning myself to being chubby… nope that didn’t work. A decade of vegetarianism but without the knowledge to eat healthy. At 63 I find myself at my heaviest! Adele’s knowledge and helpful hints really is second to none. As I come to the end of my 12-week programme I am on target for loosing 30lbs. I feel amazing back to having strength, sleeping well. I have never had to fight any cravings; I am cooking and even own a slow cooker and batch cooking. But most of all I am at peace in so many ways. I am working with Adele on addressing issues with my nutrition. Life itself and the menopause have led to an increase in weight. She is truly amazing and I am seeing steady results. However the way I am feeling has surprised me most - I have more energy and my mood has been lifted. Adele has taught me to fall in love with cooking again. I can’t recommend this wonderful lady enough. She motivates you to try new things, assess your relationship with food, and is there step by step as you build towards a new lifestyle. All of this has had to be done by zoom due to lockdown which shows how exceptional she is. Thanks Adele for the journey so far.

I needed to rectify a problem, I needed help to get my heath/life back on track, after searching a number of nutritionist I decided on Adele, how glad am I that I did, she has been amazing, she is through, caring, Efficient, effective and very professional, Adele works on your needs and what’s best for you, your body and your health, Adele supports, advices and recommends what she thinks will help you, she goes out of her way to help, above and beyond to what I expected....she guides you to a way to work it out yourself starting with the basics going onto what ever els3 is needed, supporting you all the way, she provides menues to help and guide you towards your goal, and other visual aids to help you on your way without judgement, she is calm relaxed and easy to talk to she does her job expertly to perfection, Adele has helped me in more ways than I antipathetic, I would highly recommend her to anyone, 100% such a lovely lady.
