What is a mini nutritional assessment?
If you’re looking for some cheap nutritional advice this is it. A mini nutritional assessment is a very cost-effective way to ‘dip your toe’ into nutritional therapy, without the commitment or cost of a full consultation.
If you simply want some good advice on your diet, supplements and health, then a mini assessment might be the way forward for you.
How does it work?
Before we meet you complete a diet diary. This way I can see what you are eating and identify which nutrients you might be missing out on. It may also highlight any food that might be causing you problems, such as acid reflux, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or any IBS type symptoms.
When we meet up we go through your diet diary together, and have a chat about your general health and aims for the consultation. By the time you leave you’ll have a written plan with some good suggestions for cleaning up your diet and supporting your health. I may also recommend some supplements and lifestyle adjustments. Anything on the plan we will have discussed and you will be happy with.
If you have any questions about your plan you can phone, text or email me. I’m here to support you. There is no need for you to return for a follow up appointment, unless you wish to do so. You will have some great information to start moving towards improved health and wellbeing.
